On May 15th we kicked off our first Tri-State Chef Series event in our all-new state-of-the-art test kitchen.
Pizza Chef Marc Schechter joined us from San Francisco to cook some delicious pizzas in our Wood Stone Oven. Marc is a self-taught pizzaiolo, perfecting the art of pizza in the home oven. He loves using fresh, local ingredients to make the best tasting pizza possible.
