Our Sales Associate Ed was honored to work on this project as their recent kitchen renovations included the following: A RATIONAL SelfCookingCenter to prepare a variety of food items for their newly renovated Sleepy Hollow Lounge. Several Vollrath products including a Charbroiler, Flat-Top Griddle, Hot Plate. Drop-Ins, and a microwave to ensure all food is cooked to perfection and served hot for each guest.Their new ventilation system by Halton keeps both staff and guests safe from smoke and odors. A Hoshizaki Refrigerated Equipment Stand, an Under-counter Refrigerator and a Pizza Preparation Refrigerator keep food fresh while providing a space to house appliances and prepare food. Winholt Stainless Steel Work Tables, shelving and sinks fabricated to provide extra space for food preparation and supplies. A MEIKO Door Type Dishwasher to keep dishes and cook-ware clean for each use.
A FETCO Coffee Brewer as well as a FETCO Twin Ice Tea Brewer to provide guests with a variety of hot and cold beverage choices. Stoelting Counter top Soft Serve Freezer and Mix-In Blenders extend their menu to provide delicious ice cream offerings. An Arctic Walk-In Cooler allows for ample refrigeration space and is customized to fit the specific needs of their kitchen and staff. A new bar fabricated with Glastender Equipment allows for a trendy and efficient space to prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests.
