Carissa's The Bakery is a James Beard Award-winning bakery serving artisanal bread, viennoiseries, cakes, pies, and house spun gelatos, alongside a kitchen menu of nutritious foods highlighting the farms and fisheries of Long Island's East End.
We had the pleasure of working with the team at Carissa's as they welcomed a brand-new RATIONAL iCombi Pro to their kitchen. The iCombi will give them the ability to easily and consistently prepare a variety of menu items in a single appliance.
With a mixture of humidity, airspeed, temperature, and steam, the iCombi Pro anticipates, learns, monitors, and adapts to your changing needs so you’ll always get the results you want.
