We had the pleasure of working with Chef Tommy and his team as they welcomed a new Wood Stone Oven to their impressive kitchen lineup. While many think that a Wood Stone Oven is used for pizza, Chef Tommy demonstrates the versatility of his oven, using it for a variety of dishes including Pork Piccata, Salmon Fillet, and their classic Chicken Parmigiana.
