Located in the heart of East Windsor, NJ, Americana Kitchen & Bar has been serving its community for over 30 years. With a menu boasting locally sourced produce, all grass-fed beef, and house-baked bread it’s no wonder why they’ve become a local NJ favorite.
Once known as only ‘Americana,’ this location underwent a massive expansion in 2017 and adopted the new name of American Kitchen & Bar explaining that this new name is “a better marque of our passion to deliver real food and a restorative dining experience.” This renovation included a drive up window, a grab-and-sit counter, a circular bar featuring Glastender bar equipment and two private event spaces for 30-150 people. Along with the renovation, their kitchen saw an uplift as well as they added an Arctic Walk-In Cooler, a Rational SelfCookingCenter, an Arcobaleno Pasta Extruder and Pasta Cooker and a Winston CVAP Cook & Hold unit.
