Introducing our Customer Spotlight for February, Tortazo!
Tortazo is a new Mexican restaurant concept from chef Rick Bayless that celebrates Mexico's food, culture, and hospitality. Established in 2020 with their first location in Chicago, Tortazo is a place of discovery and a celebration of the vibrancy of life in full flavor and experience. The restaurant is committed to authenticity and using high-quality, fresh ingredients, largely sourced from Mexico or local farms. They offer bold flavors and new culinary experiences while embracing the warmth of Mexican hospitality through the tenets of "Mexican Care."
The team at their new Times Square location will be using Vollrath induction, a Wood Stone Plancha and an Irinox Blast chiller, giving them the tools they need to create their culinary masterpieces.
